Coach Camila has a unique ability to communicate with young children about what they need to do in the water. For a child, executing swimming movements in the water is very different from performing them out of the water. Coach Camila levels with her young swimmers and gets them to swim right from day one. Coach Camila is a committed leader who sets high standards for discipline, respect, and growth, helping her swimmers improve both in and out of the water.
